​A Look at NPT Goals​

The primary goal in NPT is always to Grow Emotional Trust with our children and strengthen our relationship. Secondary goals are based on experiences we would like to have with our child. In this way, the goals aren’t focused on changing who the child is - we show acceptance of who they are - and the goals don’t rest all on the child’s shoulders - the goals are shared between the parent/coach and the child, so there is less pressure on them.
