We have designed our lessons for a wide range of academic levels. When introducing a new concept in our lessons, we do our best to appeal to a wide audience - both those who may be reviewing the material, and those who are learning the concept for the first time.

This series invites students to connect with each other, building community through conversation about our lesson topics. Share your creative writing, respond to what others have shared, and spark up a discussion in this unique community!
We will also include an audio version of each lesson for those students who have a higher fluency level. This enables them to hear the material quickly, freeing up time to participate more fully in the discussions.

Your Instructor
Julie Sando received her BA in Communication from CLU in 2000 and has 20-years of experience working with children and adults on the autism spectrum. She is the Director of Autistically Inclined and a Co-Creator of Natural Play Therapy. She also recieved a Certificate in Assistive Technology through CSUN. Over the past several years she has dedicated much of her attention to students who communicate through letter boards and other forms of alternative communication. Her focus is creating natural experiences to bring the whole family and community together.
